Dell support download drivers to jump drive

When I click on the wireless icon on the bottom tool bar on the desk top it says that there are no supported wireless adapters available on the system. I am not able to connect to the internet when I connect directly to the router either so I can't get online to download the wireless driver either. Is there some way to down load it onto a jump drive and then onto my computer?

If you are not sure exactly what hardware your system has you can go HERE and enter your service tag select orginal configuration and this will produce a listing of all the stuff that came with your system.
